Player Evaluation Process Player Evaluations are usually held at the Whitefish Bay High School Field House in early to late February.  Whitefish Bay Little League requests that, the following players attend evaluations: - All Majors players (except coaches' children) - All Minors players (except coaches' children) - Pee Wees players that: (1) choose to reenter the draft; (2) played on a team last season that is now disbanding; or, (3) are new to the league (except coaches' children and those joining an older sibling that is returning to a Pee Wees team) Players attending evaluations MUST reserve an evaluation date and time slot ahead of time. As a reminder, these are not "try outs," there are no cuts, and every registered player will be placed on a team for the upcoming season. Evaluations are simply in place to help distribute players as evenly as possible across teams (as best we can) as we strive to provide a competitively balanced league for the enjoyment of all participants. Because we strive for team parity, we do not accept requests for players to pair up on a particular team with a friend, etc... Evaluations will also provide an opportunity to ensure our young players are ready to play from a safety perspective. We understand that some young players may be a bit nervous attending. We will do our best to keep the atmosphere light and welcoming, and we hope your player looks forward to this as an opportunity to have some fun: play catch with a friend, field a few baseballs and get a couple swings off the tee all before the snow melts.
